The artwork on this skirt is called "Sunset - Waiting with your child."
It came from a dream about a woman waiting with a little girl for her brother. Around them, young men were playing. The girl smiled at them but stayed close to the woman, looking at the ocean with hope. In this painting, the ocean turned into abstract shapes and colours held in boxes. Each box stands for a person – each unique, even if they seem similar. The ocean is about feeling peaceful and wise, and the boxes show that everyone has their place in the world.
